betr Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities on Pakistan's Gaming Platform

By accessing betr's website at betr.ws, creating an account, or using any service offered by betr — including but not limited to live casino games, slot machines, Ludo tournaments, esports betting, and deposit or withdrawal services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use betr's platform. These terms apply to all users of betr, including visitors who browse the platform without creating an account. Specific game categories and promotional offers may carry additional terms that supplement, but do not replace, this master agreement.

To create and use a betr account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betr strictly prohibits the use of its services by minors. betr reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be accessing betr from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using betr is lawful in your location.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or organisation.
• You must not be a current employee of betr, an immediate family member of a betr employee, or an employee or contractor of any game provider whose products appear on betr's platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded from betr under a self-exclusion request or have had a prior account terminated for breach of these terms.

Each player may hold only one active betr account. Duplicate accounts discovered by betr — regardless of the reason for their creation — will be closed, and any balances across all associated accounts will be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, contact betr support immediately.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for updating your account details if any information changes. betr is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate account details that affect payment processing or identity verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. betr will never ask for your full password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password without delay. betr recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available to all registered players.

betr reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason, and to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC or equivalent — from any registered player at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

betr accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. betr does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum on individual deposits, though betr's payment processors may apply their own transaction limits. betr charges zero fees on all deposits — any fees charged are levied by your payment provider, not by betr.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically credit to your betr balance within seconds. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the expected time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

You may withdraw your real money balance (excluding active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) at any time, subject to verification requirements and minimum withdrawal amounts. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. betr processes same-day withdrawals for requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off time.

Withdrawals are only processed to payment accounts registered in your name — the same name as your betr account. betr does not transfer funds to third parties under any circumstances. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank accounts and cards.

betr reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. For first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds, betr may request a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot of the recipient payment account confirming ownership. This process is a regulatory requirement and is not specific to any individual player.

• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals: typically processed within 1–3 hours of request.
• Bank IBFT transfers: typically processed within 1 business day.
• Card refunds: processed within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

betr offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize structures to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms shown at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered across eligible games before it becomes withdrawable as real money. Wagering requirements on betr range from 20x to 35x depending on the offer type and are always shown before bonus activation.
• Game contributions vary — live casino games typically contribute at a lower percentage towards wagering requirements than slots. The contribution percentage for each game category is shown in the offer terms.
• Expiry dates apply to all bonuses. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date result in the bonus balance being removed from your account.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. betr's compliance team monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including matched betting strategies designed to extract bonuses without genuine play. Accounts found to be abusing the bonus system will have bonuses removed and may be restricted from future promotional participation.
• betr reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time. Offers already activated are governed by the terms in place at the time of activation.

All casino games on betr are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-level rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms take precedence.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session — including but not limited to disconnections, server errors, display errors or incorrect odds shown — betr reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. Wins generated through a software malfunction or error are void and will not be paid. If you experience a technical issue during a game, take a screenshot and contact support with your session reference.

For live dealer games, the result called by the dealer and visible on the recorded stream constitutes the official result. In the event of camera or audio failure during a live game, betr will consult the game provider's records to determine the official outcome. betr's decision on the result of any technical dispute is final, subject to the escalation process described in Section 14.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on betr and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to play games, place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including sharing hole cards in poker-style games or coordinating bets in live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing errors for financial gain. Any wins resulting from a known error must be reported to support and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account, regardless of that person's consent.
• Using payment methods belonging to another person to fund your account.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening betr staff or other players through any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or distribute any part of betr's software, games or intellectual property.

betr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if betr reasonably believes that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, betr will notify the account holder by registered email within 72 hours of the suspension.

If a suspension investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld winnings paid out. If a breach is confirmed, the account will remain closed and any forfeited balance will be retained by betr as specified in these terms.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so through account settings or by contacting betr support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to verification requirements. Voluntary closure does not affect betr's right to retain funds where a prior breach has been identified.

betr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all betr account holders at no charge and without requiring a support request to activate:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set. Reduction requests take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts for session duration. betr will notify you when your defined session length is reached.
• Reality checks: Periodic reminders of how long you have been playing during a single session.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from betr with immediate effect. A temporary exclusion can be set for periods between 24 hours and 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion can also be requested and is irreversible.

All content on betr's platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, logos, graphics, text, databases, trademarks, and the overall design and structure of the website — is the intellectual property of betr or its licensed suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use betr's platform for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any betr content without prior written permission from betr.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betr's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betr is not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of profits or gaming winnings resulting from technical malfunctions beyond betr's reasonable control; any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms; or service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or game studio infrastructure.

betr makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may take effect without prior notice.

betr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between betr and each registered player. The Privacy Policy details what data betr collects, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights in respect of your personal data.

By registering with betr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please read the betr Privacy Policy before completing registration. If you do not consent to the Privacy Policy, you should not create a betr account.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of betr's services, the first step is to contact betr's customer support team via live chat or email at support@betr.ws. betr's support team aims to resolve standard queries within 24 hours and formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first level, you may escalate in writing to betr's Compliance team, clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the outcome you received, and the resolution you are seeking. The Compliance team will review escalated complaints within 10 business days and provide a formal written response.

betr's decision on disputes regarding game outcomes, technical malfunctions and bonus terms is final, provided the decision has been made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the rules of the relevant game or promotion.

These Terms and Conditions and your relationship with betr are governed by the laws applicable to betr's licensed operating jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan, which are preserved in full alongside these contractual terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

betr may update or revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or business practices. When material changes are made, betr will notify registered players via their account notification centre and, for significant changes, by email to their registered address, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the new terms take effect.

Your continued use of betr after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using betr before the effective date. You may also close your account during this period and receive any outstanding real money balance without penalty.

Minor changes — such as clarifications that do not materially affect player rights or obligations — may be made without prior notice but will be reflected in the version number and last-updated date shown at the top of this page.
